Rabindranath Tagore Concept Paper on Batch78 Organizational Character Batch '78 organizational group was formed through the initiative of some batchmates not only to create organizational vehicle for organizing class reunions but also to serve as a venue for more regular interaction among batchmates toward renewing friendship,bonding and solidarity building. As such the organization will be run to address the best interest of the batch and serve as a "bridge" for reaching-out and sharing among batchmate in their material and non-material needs and concerns. as we uphold the value of human dignity,gender, fair and equality, the organization will ensure that the relationship cultivated among batchmates will always be humanizing, just and life-giving. In all its undertaking and activities, the organization will see to it that no batchmate is degraded on the basis of his or her social, cultural or economic status in life. Our organization will be a relationship of nurture and care not of domination and control. Statement of Objective: 1.To organize activities and processes that are promotive of every batchmates well-being. 2.To facilitate sharing of experiences and resources (e.g. human, material, technical among batchmates, where no one is so rich as nothing to receive and no one is so poor so as nothing to give. 3.To create a "free space" for every batchmates, for the renewal of friendship, celebration of the human spirit and an authentic community of friends can be experienced from Tess Carcellar Galapon, Chairman B78 Reunion July 18, 2008 .
